Armløs slår tilbake is a spoken word performance with live music and video projection. The show builds on texts from the book Armløs slår tilbake by Lisa Lie, published by Forlaget Oktober 2005. Armløs slår tilbake is a love story and a poetic experiment. Two people meet and disappear from each other. Via an exploration of rhythm, volume, flow and dynamic Lisa Lie, Pekka Stokke and Marianne Lie play with the spectators’ experience of the text. The performance explores the interplay between the ”sound” and energy inherent in the text, combined with the visual aspect and the soundscape. A musical approach to working with text and scenic composition.
